What does number of tests mean ?

The ideal column name should have been Number of candidate attempts referring to how many candidates can attempt the test. The reason we put it up as 'Number of Tests' was based on a lot of customers who immediately understood this term:). For example, if you choose 'Merge Sort' plan, upto 100 candidate attempts to your test is allowed

Does your product work in IE6 ?

No, it doesn't.

Can I stop subscription or change plans anytime ?

Yes, you can stop the subscription anytime you wish to. You can upgrade / downgrade plans based on your needs.

Do you charge if a candidate doesn't attempt the test?

You have the option of cancelling invites that were sent to candidates. Lets say you wish to revoke 2 invites that were sent to candidates, you can do so in the dashboard - your invite count is refilled and the candidate's login credentials is automatically disabled.

What if I exhaust the invites before the month ?

You can buy extra invites at $4 per invite or upgrade to a higher plan.

What if I don't fully utilize the invites in a month ?

No worries, the remaining invites automatically get added for the next month.
