Interviewstreet Terms of Service

Interviewstreet agrees to provide services to the subscriber, subject to the following Terms of Service. By registering,accessing or using any services developed, operated, maintained or hosted by Interviewstreet, you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). This should be considered as a written negotiated agreement signed by Interviewstreet and you.

Interviewstreet.com reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service without notice.
  • Account Usage Terms
    • You may use our services, provided you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You must provide your full legal name, valid e-mail address and any other information requested in order to use the product. Interviewstreet reserves the right to terminate your services upon the discovery that the information is inaccurate or incomplete.
    One person or legal entity may not maintain more than free account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities happening within your account.
    You will not engage in any activity that interferes or disrupts Interviewstreet's services. Usage of bots to monitor the service is strictly not allowed. Interviewstreet reserves the right to suspend the service at any time for any reason at it's sole discretion. Interviewstreet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Invoicing and Payment Terms
    • A valid credit card number is required for paying accounts, unless otherwise specified. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.The service is billed in advance on a monthly or a yearly basis and is non-refundable. Services may be interrupted on accounts that reach 12 days past due. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by taxing authorities and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies or duties.
    The subscriber is aware that Interviewstreet may change the specified rates with a 15 day notice which can be seen at Interviewstreet site (interviewstreet.com).
  • Account Cancellation and Termination
    • You may cancel the account at any time from the Settings tab in your dashboard. There is no fee for cancellation. All the associated content and material you have uploaded/posted at Interviewstreet will be immediately removed upon cancellation.
    Interviewstreet reserves the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason which may not be disclosed to the subscriber. In the event of suspension or termination, all the above conditions apply.
  • Limitation of Liability
    • The subscriber understands that Interviewstreet uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software networking, storage and related technology to run the service. Interviewstreet doesn't guarentee that the service will be bug-free, uninterrupted although efforts would be taken to provide a clean working environment.
  • Warranty Disclaimer
    • You agree that your use of Interviewstreet shall be at your sole risk. All services provided by Interviewstreet are available as is, without warranty.
  • Indemnity
    • In agreement with the Terms of Service, the subscriber indemnifies Interviewstreet for any violation of the Terms of Service that results in loss to Interviewstreet or the bringing of any claim against Interviewstreet.
The failure of Interviewstreet to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Interviewstreet and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Interviewstreet (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
